Labor communicators enjoy the opportunity to use their experience,skills and innate talents to tell the stories of working families and employment issues to both a general audience and those specific to the labor movement. The spectrum of opportunities is huge--from news reporting, feature writing and speechwriting to photography, broadcasting, webcasting and audio and video production. All varieties of media, and all aspects of moving print and electronic messages from concept to execution, are represented. A commitment to the union movement, progressive causes and social justice are prerequisites.This page provides a listing of current jobs in the field of labor communications.
